Yes. We take reviews seriously. Reviews are monitored, and we require proof of work (such as an invoice or photo of the completed job) and real, checkable contact details before a review is fully verified on the platform.
Contractors can click the "Join Trades" button in the header. You will need to create an account, complete your profile, and you can start receiving leads immediately.
Contractors receive a notification when a new job lead is posted in their area. The lead details are partially hidden. To view the customer's full contact details, the contractor uses credits to "unlock" the lead. Credits are provided free of charge and are an effective method for us to limit any abuse of the system by 'bots', and 'rogue' users.
